The problem
The world got more complex. Most ways of deciding didn’t.
No organisation exists on its own. Each one sits in a web of staff, partners, communities and the people it serves, and a change in one part ripples through the rest. The people who notice first are rarely the ones writing the plan.
Yet most organisations still hear from their people through an annual survey, or a consultation that feels like a box being ticked. They get a score out of ten, but not the story behind it.
We call this the collective intelligence gap: everything your people know, and how little of it reaches the decisions that need it.
