How we think…
Organisations are full of smart, committed people who aren't being properly heard. Not because leaders don't care, but because most processes weren't designed to reach them.
We started Sorted because we've seen this up close, in fast-growing startups, large public institutions, charities, and everything in between. The same pattern keeps appearing. Decisions made at the top that don't survive contact with reality. Engagement exercises that produce reports nobody acts on. People who switch off not because they don't care, but because nobody asked them the right question in the right way.
We think that's a solvable problem. And we think the solution is simpler than most organisations expect.
We are always looking to connect and collaborate with likeminded people
Who we are
We are facilitators, strategists and educators. Specialists in participation and operations who have worked with organisations of many shapes and sizes.
Across very different contexts we kept reaching the same conclusion: most organisations are sitting on far more collective intelligence than their current processes can reach.
We started Sorted to do something about that.
What we believe
That the intelligence needed to solve most organisational problems already exists inside the organisation.
That people do their best thinking when they feel genuinely included.
That alignment isn't something you announce, it's something you build. And that the gap between a good decision and one that actually sticks is almost always about process, not capability.
