Some of the methodologies at the core of our practice are Agile, Design Thinking, Systems Thinking, Deliberative Democracy and Dynamic Facilitation. We don’t believe in a single framework solution, but combining shared principles to be adaptive to the needs of the organisations we are working with.
Additionally, we are at the forefront of using technological innovations to enhance not replace the power of people. This includes AI tools and participatory technology. We are partnered with Dembrane and Deliberaide to help enable this.
