How we think

Organisations are full of smart, committed people who aren't being heard.

Not because leaders don't care, but because most processes were never designed to reach them.

We've seen this up close, in startups, public institutions, charities and everything in between. The same pattern keeps appearing. Decisions made at the top that don't survive contact with reality. Engagement exercises that produce reports nobody acts on. People who switch off because nobody asked them the right question in the right way.

That problem can be solved. The fix is simpler than most organisations expect.

Who we are

Facilitators, strategists and educators. Specialists in participation and operations.

We've worked with organisations of many shapes and sizes, and kept coming back to the same conclusion: most are sitting on far more collective intelligence than their processes can reach. We started Sorted to do something about it.

What we believe

  • Organisations are ecosystems, not machines.
  • The intelligence needed to solve most organisational problems already exists inside the organisation.
  • People do their best thinking when they feel genuinely included.
  • Alignment isn't something you announce. It's something you build.
  • Technology should keep the people in the room connected, never replace them.
